Call for Submissions for 2018 North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival
FARGO, N.D. (October 18, 2018) – Submissions are being accepted for the 2018 North Dakota Human Rights Film Festival. 2D, 3D and Live Performance artists with works relating to human rights, civil rights or social justice are encouraged to submit their work.
The #NDHRFF18 touring exhibition will be hosted in three cities in North Dakota: In January 2019 in Fargo at the Plains Art Museum; in February 2019 at the Bismarck Downtown Artist Co-Op; and in March 2019 in Grand Forks at the High Plains Fair Housing Center.
The mission of the North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival is to educate, engage and facilitate discussion around local and world-wide human rights topics.
To be considered for the 2018 festival, submissions must be received by midnight Central Standard Time on Sunday, December 2, 2018.

The 2018 North Dakota Human Rights Film and Arts Festival is made possible through the generosity of the City of Fargo’s Human Relations Commission, the City of Fargo’s Native American Commission, The Arts Partnership and the Awesome Foundation: Cass Clay, and through partnerships with Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota, the NDSU Memorial Gallery, the North Dakota Human Rights Coalition.
