The North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival has opened a call for artists for the 2023 touring exhibition. The sixth touring exhibition will be hosted in museums and galleries throughout North Dakota beginning in January and concluding in December 2023.
The festival’s mission is to educate, engage and facilitate discussion around local and worldwide human rights topics through the work of 2D, 3D, written and Live Performance artists. Artists with 2D, 3D, written, and Live Performance works related to human rights, civil rights, or social justice issues are encouraged to participate in the festival.
The NDHRAF is a juried group exhibition open to all mediums and live performance work. There are no submission fees for artists In 2022.
All entries must be received by midnight CST on Sunday, December 19, to be considered. Works in progress are accepted for consideration.
All entries must be original works by the submitting artist. If selected for exhibition, works must be mailed in or dropped off by Tuesday, January 3, 2023, and be on display until December 2023.
