Many of the films screened in the festival will be available to watch online at your convenience from the comfort of your home.
Online access to the festival is free and open to the public. Due to licensing restrictions and digital rights management, registration is required.
Join the 2022 North Dakota Human Rights Film and Arts Festival at in-person events throughout the state. All events are free and open to the public. While reservations are not required, they are appreciated, especially for those events that include food.
The festival is scheduled to screen in Grand Forks on November 8, Bismarck on November 10, Minot on November 15, and concludes in Jamestown on December 6.

The North Dakota Human Rights Film and Arts Festival is thrilled to announce the official selections for 2022. Thirty-nine films from 10 countries will be screened theatrically.
The North Dakota Human Rights Film and Arts Festival centers conversations around and amplifies the voices of those who have been systemically underrepresented so that residents of Fargo gain a deeper understanding of the historical underpinnings of urgent contemporary human rights, civil rights, and social justice issues.
