THIRD ANNUAL HUMAN RIGHTS ARTS FESTIVAL
The North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival is a traveling exhibition that celebrates human rights, civil rights and social justice issues.
All mediums of 2D, 3D, live performance artists, poets and writers with works relating to those themes are invited to submit their work to the festival. Entries must be received electronically by midnight Friday, November 29, 2019 to be considered for the festival.

Submissions
The juried group exhibition is open to all mediums. All entries must be received by midnight on Friday, November 29, 2019. All entries must be original work(s) by the submitting artist. If selected, works must be delivered by Friday, December 27 and be on display until July 15. The submission fee is $25.
Work Specs
Upon acceptance into this exhibition, a digital packet will emailed to you regarding presentation, delivery, work return, and promotion. Artists are responsible for shipping and delivery of their work(s).

Artwork Returned: Week of July 15
The exhibition and reception will be held at the Plains Art Museum, the Bismarck Downtown Artists Cooperative and the Tabue Museum of Art. One additional location in Grand Forks, North Dakota is currently being finalized.
