Moderated by Cody Schuler of the Fargo-Moorhead Coalition to End Homelessness, the discussion features the voices of Alexa Dixon, Homeless Outreach Worker for Clay and Wilkin County, Lakes & Prairies Community Action, and Angela Daly, Shelter Services Director at the YWCA Cass-Clay.
